Sawdust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 egg whites
1 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and stir by hand.
Pour into unbaked pie shell; bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven approximately 30 minutes until glossy and set.
Serve warm with sliced bananas and whipped cream.
