Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, chopped very fine
    4 small onions, very thinly sliced
    4 Tbsp. salad oil or olive oil
    1 can pork and beans (1 lb. 14 oz. size)
    1 can lima beans *
    1 can red kidney beans (1 lb. 4 oz.)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. mustard
    pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation
    Drain kidney and lima beans. Add pork and beans and other ingredients as listed.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Refrigerate.
    When ready to use, place in a 350\u00b0
    oven for 1 1/4 hours.
    Bake, uncovered, if you prefer less juice.
    Stir well before serving.
