Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken or celery soup
1/2 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 qt. sauerkraut
8 oz. cooked noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (12 oz.) cans corned beef
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. rye bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix together chicken or celery soup, oleo, milk and prepared mustard.
Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drain sauerkraut and noodles. Layer in pan.
Pour top mixture over top, then layer chopped onions, corned beef and cheese.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles up and cheese is melted.
