Sunday Dinner Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef chuck or arm roast (up to 5 lb.)
    salt, pepper, seasoning salt and garlic salt
    5 scrubbed and quartered potatoes
    4 carrots, scrubbed and cut into 1/3 sections
    1 onion (large), sliced
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 c. beef broth or water
Preparation
    Add meat and desired spices (I use all of them) and vegetables, bay leaves and broth into slow cooker.
    Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
