Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 (10 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook 1st four ingredients 20 minutes with lid on.
    Add next 3 ingredients.
    Cook until tender with lid on.
    Add soup and cheese. Watch carefully so cheese won't burn.
    Sometimes you may need to add water to thin it out.
    Also good after it's been frozen.
