Katie'S Spinach Onion Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 c. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
Preparation
    Blend ingredients in a bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
    Serve in a hollowed out bread loaf with fresh vegetables and bread chunks for dipping.
    This is a quick and easy dip that is very tasty!
