Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sweet dark chocolate
    5 Tbsp. water
    5 eggs, separated
    2 tsp. rum
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in water.
    Carefully mix with well-beaten egg yolks and rum.
    Beat egg whites until they are stiff and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
    Pour into individual molds and chill for at least 4 hours.
    Serve with whipped cream.
    Serves 6 to 8.
