Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium sweet potatoes
1 1/2 bars butter, softened
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
1 c. milk
1 large bag coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 pie crusts
Preparation

Boil potatoes; peel while hot.
Cream butter; add eggs and beat well.
Add sugar and mix well.
Put in potatoes, evaporated milk, milk, cinnamon and coconut; mix well.
Pour into pie crust. Top with second crust.
Make small slits or poke holes with fork in top crust; sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until crust is brown.
Makes 2 pies.
