Mexican Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Martha White Cornbread mix
    1 large tomato, chopped
    8 slices bacon, crumbled
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 jalapeno, chopped fine
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bake cornbread; cool.
    Then cut or crumble into bowl.
    Chop tomato, onion and bell pepper into bowl with bread.
    Add jalapeno and cheese and crumble bacon.
    Mix well with plenty of mayonnaise (about 1 pint) and chill.
