Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 sticks oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar with oleo.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Combine soda, baking powder and flour; set aside.
    Add eggs, one at a time, alternately with dry ingredients and sour cream.
    Refrigerate dough for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, covered.
    Grease cookie sheet.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Roll out dough on heavily floured surface; sprinkle flour all over the top so you can work with dough.
    (It will be very sticky, so be generous with flour.) Roll out to desired thickness (about 1/4-inch); use cookie cutters.
    Bake for 8 minutes, or until bottoms of cookies are barely brown.
    Be careful not to overbake.
