Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts (reserve liquid)
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. real mayonnaise
1/4 c. water from chestnuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and turn into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
