Strawberry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. strawberry sugar-free gelatin
1 c. boiling water
4 c. unsweetened frozen strawberries
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (unsweetened)
3 mashed bananas
1/3 c. pecans
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
Preparation

Mix gelatin and water until dissolved.
Add fruit and blend and then add nuts.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and chill.
Reserve remaining mixture at room temperature.
After bottom is set, spread with yogurt.
Top with remaining gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm.
Serves 12.
