Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1/2 to 3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Cook broccoli (no salt); place in casserole dish.
Stir soup and cheese.
Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and beaten egg.
Stir until blended.
Pour over broccoli.
Top with browned bread crumbs.
(Can be made ahead.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch dish.
