Frozen Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 medium apples, diced
1/2 c. walnuts, broken
1 c. whipped cream (not topping)
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and cook over low heat until thick (stir constantly).
Cool.
Add remaining ingredients, folding in whipped cream last.
