Breaded Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    2 eggs
    dash of milk
    Kellogg's prepared Corn Flake crumbs
    Crisco oil
    salt and pepper
    onion salt
Preparation
    Skin chicken.
    Mix eggs and milk together.
    Dip chicken into egg mixture, then cover with crumbs, pressing them into chicken. Brown in about 1-inch of Crisco in a skillet on both sides. Remove from skillet and put in baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion salt.
    Pour oil from skillet into baking pan; cover bottom of pan with about 1-inch of water.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until when inserted with a fork, chicken breaks apart.
    Check occasionally while baking and if pan is dry, add a little water.
    The secret to my chicken is using Kellogg's crumbs, Crisco oil and don't overbake.
