Fluffy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (3 oz.) can onion rings
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Beat 2 to 3 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Spread crushed onion rings evenly over top.
Bake, uncovered , at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
