Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns (Southern Style)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped
    9 slices American cheese
    1 1/2 sticks of margarine
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Heat sour cream, soup, cheese, and 3/4 stick of margarine in saucepan until melted; add onions. Place frozen hash browns in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour melted mixture over hash browns. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with corn flakes. Drizzle 3/4 stick margarine over. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. This recipe can be prepared ahead just leave cornflakes off until ready to cook.
