Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until almost tender.
    Drain.
    Add 1 stick of butter, salt, pepper, soup, sour cream, onion and cheese.
    Blend together and pour into greased 5-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cornflakes mixed with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
