Chopped Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small chopped onion
    1 envelope Lipton beefy mushroom mix
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    hot, cooked noodles
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion in skillet over medium-high heat until onion is tender.
    Stir in soup mix, flour and water.
    Bring to a boil over high heat.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream; heat through.
    Do not boil; serve over hot noodles.
