Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin (can use fresh or canned)
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Scald evaporated milk with water.
    Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
    Stir in pumpkin, sugar, spice and salt.
    Beat in scalded milk mixture.
    Pour in pastry shell.
    Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until center is set, but still soft.
    Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
