Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    4 c. sifted plain flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 3 tablespoons warm water and set aside. In large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, Crisco, salt and water. Mix well. Add yeast mixture, stirring slightly. Add flour. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator overnight or a few hours. Roll out and brush with melted butter. Do not knead them. Cut out rolls, fold over and brush again with melted butter. Let rise about 2 hours in a warm place. Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden.
