Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. grated (peeled or unpeeled) raw zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and foamy.
Add oil and sugar and mix well by hand.
Add zucchini and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to batter.
Stir in nuts.
