Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetables (fresh or frozen, such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, celery)
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. shrimp, chicken or beef
    1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large frypan on medium heat.
    Add meat and brown until well cooked.
    Add vegetables; stir all together.
    Add water and teriyaki sauce, stirring repeatedly.
    Cover for 15 minutes.
    Fork your vegetables to see if they're done.
    Serves 4 to 6, depending on the quantity of meat and vegetables you add.
