Perfection Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes (2 Tbsp.) gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. pimento
1/3 c. green olives, sliced
Preparation

Add
boiling water, cold water, vinegar and lemon juice to gelatin, sugar and salt.
Chill until partially set and add cabbage, celery, green pepper, pimento and green olives.
Pour into loaf pan until
set.
Invert
on
platter.
Garnish
with carrot curls, ripe olives and mayonnaise.
