Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder + 1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 sm. can crushed pineapple
    5 1/4 c. flour
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp soda
    3 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 1/2 tbsp ginger
    1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. water
    6 eggs
    3 c. pumpkin
    nuts, raisins to one's own taste
Preparation
    Mix well and bake in greased and floured loaf pan for about 1 hour at 350.
    If you use small pans, it makes eight loaves.
