Sausage Cannonballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. baking mix (Bisquick or Pioneer)
    1 lb. sausage (uncooked)
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put baking mix, sausage and grated cheese in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Use your hands to blend together.
    Form into walnut-size balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen balls.
