Curried Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tuna, drained
1 c. shrimp (optional)
1/2 c. mayonnaiie
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
3 c. cold cooked rice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Combine tuna and shrimp, chill.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, celery and olives.
Pour this over tuna and shrimp, toss and chill.
Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and parsley; pour over rice, toss and chill.
