Aunt Ellen'S Scalloped Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. scallops, rinsed and drained
    6 Tbsp. cream
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    1 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    butter
    salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease baking dish.
    Combine cream and sherry.
    Put layer of crumbs in bottom of dish.
    Add a layer of scallops.
    Pour half of the cream mixture on top.
    Repeat layers and end with another layer of crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Season with salt and paprika.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
