Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. light cream or half and half
4 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy.
Add sugar gradually.
Beat until thickened.
Add creams, vanilla and salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Chill before processing in ice cream freezer.
Omit vanilla if another flavoring or fruit is used.
