Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lasagna noodles
    2 pkg. spinach
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. grated raw carrots
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/2 can black olives
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Make noodles 8 to 10 minutes.
    Make spinach (defrost ahead of time).
    Saute carrots and mushrooms in oil until soft, crisp and tender.
    Stir in tomato sauce, paste, olives and oregano.
