Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2/3 c. sliced olives
    1/3 c. minced onions
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon; reserve 2 tablespoons of liquid.
    Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into a loaf in a greased baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings. Or, shape into patties and fry.
