Dixie Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 center cut pork chops
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    4 apples, cored, peeled and sliced in rings
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and sage.
    Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with apple rings and brown sugar.
