Turkey Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 turkey legs or 1 leg and 1 wing
    dash of garlic salt
    2 shakes seasoned pepper
    3 shakes Schillings ground thyme
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 c. rice
    water
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Roast turkey.
    Cool, bone and cut into small bite size pieces. To turkey broth add garlic salt, seasoned pepper, thyme, onion, spinach, turkey meat and rice.
    Add enough water to a little more than cover rice.
    Cook until rice is just done (10 to 20 minutes). Add soup, mix well.
    Put grated cheese on top.
