Lee'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    3 stalks celery, diced
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 red peppers
    1 banana pepper
    1 can green chilies (El Rio brand)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    1 (17 oz.) can kidney beans
    3 whole jalapenos
    1 oz. Gerhardt's chili powder
Preparation
    Saute onions until translucent; brown ground beef.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 4 hours.
