Mushroom Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped finely
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
    1 c. light cream
    2 tsp. minced chives
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter until soft.
    Blend in flour, salt and m.s.g.
    Stir in cream.
    Cook until thick.
    Add chives and lemon juice.
    Cool.
