Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    8 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. bacon
    1 (10 oz.) box chopped spinach
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in half of broth.
    Boil until potatoes are soft. Mash to desired consistency while in broth.
    Add remaining broth, cooked bacon with drippings and spinach.
