Honey-Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 to 3 leeks, chopped
    1/3 c. white wine
    1 jar mustard (honey-Dijon type)
    1 small container heavy whipping cream
    1 large tomato (garnish)
Preparation
    Brown chicken in skillet about 10 to 15 minutes in oil.
    Add butter and leeks; saute with chicken until leeks are tender.
    Take out chicken; set aside.
    Add wine, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Stir and cook on medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add whipping cream; stir constantly for about 1 to 2 minutes (sauce should be smooth).
    Pour sauce over chicken; sprinkle chopped tomato on top.
