Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, softened
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. plain flour
    1 small jar Spanish olives
    1 box dates
Preparation
    Combine softened butter with grated cheese; work together. Mix salt, paprika and flour, then work into cheese mixture.
    Allow to chill.
    Put olive or date in the middle of a small piece of flattened dough.
    Dough should be pressed around olive or date until the center is completely covered.
    Place on greased cookie sheet; allow to freeze (6 hours).
    Pack in airtight container; save for later use.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes on bottom rack (close together).
    Makes 25 to 30.
