Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 qt. milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook rice, set
aside.
Cook rest of ingredients except butter and egg whites
(cook
until
thick).
After filling is cooked, add rice and butter.
Put
in baking dish and top with meringue made from
the
egg
whites and 10 tablespoons sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until meringue is browned.
