Gingered Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar or honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
4 to 5 medium carrots, sliced, diced or cut into strips
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Cook, covered, stirring occasionally for 20 to 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
