Cheddar Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sharp natural Cheddar cheese, cubed (room temperature)
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Add milk and mustard to cheese; beat with electric mixer until almost smooth.
Serve with unpared apple wedges.
Makes about 1 cup.
Two tablespoons equal 1 meat exchange.
Five apple wedges are 1/2 fruit exchange.
