Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 medium cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. or 1 can corned beef
Preparation

Melt butter; blend in flour and stir until smooth.
Remove from heat; gradually add milk.
Return to heat; simmer until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
Cook cabbage and onion in boiling, salted water for 8 minutes; drain thoroughly.
Combine cabbage mixture and corned beef pieces and layer with sauce in greased 3-quart casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
