Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. sirloin beef, ground
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
3 large cans kidney beans
3 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown ground beef; add salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and oil.
Pour into stockpot.
Add kidney beans and tomato sauce.
Simmer 45 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Serve hot with shredded cheese on top and crackers on the side.
