Ingredients

1 (8-inch) baked pie shell or graham cracker shell
2 c. whipped topping
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. cold milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
3 drops green food coloring
1/2 c. chopped chocolate semi-sweet chips
Preparation

Mix pudding, milk, extract and coloring.
Fold in whipped topping and chips.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with whipped topping and a few chocolate chips for garnish.
