Ingredients

3 Tbsp. sour cream
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. white pepper
12 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except chicken in a large glass or plastic dish.
Add chicken; turn to coat with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
