Tomato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and beat 2 minutes.
Pour in greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes. Frost with maple or caramel icing.
