Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can asparagus
2 eggs, hard-cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 to 8 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain large can of asparagus, reserving liquid.
Place on bottom of greased baking dish.
Slice hard-boiled eggs over top. Spread a can of cream of mushroom soup over top.
(Cheddar cheese soup may be used instead.)
Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Pour asparagus juice over all.
Bake until it bubbles.
Serves 4.
