Cheese Potatoes For The Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Potatoes
Butter
Onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Velveeta cheese, cubed
Garlic (optional)
Preparation

Slice potatoes but leave together.
Place on a piece of heavy-duty foil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic. Sprinkle with onion.
Dot with butter.
Wrap up tight.
Place on grill at medium-high heat.
Cook for about 40 minutes.
When done, open and place cheese cubes inside.
Reclose and melt cheese. Remove from heat.
Individual potatoes may be done.
