No-Fat Nutri-Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole flour
1 c. white flour
2/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. wheat germ
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt and baking soda
3/4 c. Grape-Nuts
1/2 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. raisins
6 egg whites*
1/2 c. applesauce
1/3 c. molasses
2 bananas, mashed
3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Chop apricots.
Mix dry ingredients, Grape-Nuts, apricots and raisins together in a large mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly to prevent large lumps.
