Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. coarsely shredded carrots
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) box stuffing

Preparation

Mix up stuffing according to package and set aside (uncooked).
